Job Description :
- Identifies and corrects malfunctioning jet, turboprop and reciprocating aircraft, components and systems on the client products.
- Performs routine, preventative and AOG maintenance / inspections and modifications on customer aircraft
- Perform a variety of mechanical duties on various client manufactured aircraft, systems and components involving diagnosis of malfunctions, required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems
- Perform airframe and turbine, turboprop or reciprocating engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair and assist with ground runs
- Use of equipment such as tensiometers, micrometres, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, variety of hand tools and specialty aircraft tooling
- Document work performed within aircraft maintenance operating system via assigned laptop
- Maintain safe work environment following company policy and procedures common to aviation maintenance
