Engagement Description
- The cloud services offering which currently hosts the HR website has reached end of life and will be sunset.
- To maintain functionality and access for employees and contractors, client will need to migrate the HR website to a new internal SharePoint platform.
- The purpose of the HR Website is to provide Human Resources supporting content and communicate information to the employees about available services, new features/functions, and HR-related news and announcements.
- The HR Website provides access to corporate and HR policies and procedures.
- The HR Website also provides self-service documents, forms and supporting information for employees to effectively perform HR-related tasks such as open enrolment, performance management, and changes related to employee life events such marriage, birth of a child, or retirement
- SharePoint front-end development – buildout of intranet pages using existing content/web pages and net new content additions, where applicable
- Consumer-grade SharePoint platform development (public page; intranet; etc.) focused on intuitive UX
- Ability to operate independently with SharePoint tasks and complete work independently, while also suggesting areas of opportunity or new ideas based upon SharePoint expertise.

- Strong collaboration with project team
- Sharing of SharePoint expertise to drive strategic outcome
- Creativity and end-user design thinking; visual storytelling
- Perform project tasks with minimal supervision
- Five or more years of SharePoint experience
