The below job opportunity is to one of Our clients who is a global leader in personal care and home fragrance, including top-selling collections for fine fragrance mist, body lotion and body cream, 3-wick candles, home fragrance diffusers and liquid hand soap.
Job Description:
Primary Role:
- Conduct background checks for distribution operations candidates in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Core responsibilities include accessing local public record sites to access background check information and using 3rd party background software system.
- Responsible for reviewing company adjudication guidelines, updating documents as needed and connecting with various business partners.
Additional core responsibilities include:
- Support the 7 county background check process
- Background adjudication process once background report returns and provide results to background vendor and Talent Acquisition partner
- Update case management system and close cases once employment decision is made by business partners
- Submit Motor Vehicle Report background checks and communicate results to the business partners in a timely manner
Secondary responsibilities include:
- Security Alarm Permits and False Alarm Resolution program support
- Troubleshoot repetitive false alarms, place work orders as needed and provide follow up
- Digitize false alarm fines and permit applications
- Fill out Alarm Permit applications, renewals, and submit documentation to the AP Specialist as needed
- Catalog permit information so reapplication dates can be identified and met on time
- Identify which locations are required to have a permit on file
- Send alarm fines received to AP Specialist to invoice
- Fill out New Vendor Forms/ upload to DocuSign to be reviewed/signed by AP Specialist and Senior Asset Protection Mgr
Education:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
