The below job opportunity is with one of our Biotech clients who researches develop and commercializes drugs. The company focuses primarily on antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and influenza, including Harvoni and Sovaldi.

Job Description:

• The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing contract lifecycle for following types of contracts:

Primary Responsibility

• Clinical Consulting Agreements
• Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs)

Secondary Responsibility/Back up Support:

• Letters of Authorization (LoAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• Other contracts as identified, as needed

Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:

• Drafting and negotiation of contract terms
• Ensuring compliance with the client /Vendor Outsourcing process requirements
• Partnering with internal stakeholders, including business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts
• Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contracts within company systems

• Complies with required processes in a regulated environment
• Comfortable interacting with internal (clinical, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, healthcare professionals)
• Has deep understanding of contracting knowledge, including contract structure and format
• Proficiency in legal language and contractual terms
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Candidate Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years Industry experience preferred
