What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator Technician position at TekWissen ®?
TekWissen is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator II to join our team. As an Equipment Operator II, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, ensuring continued operation through interpretation of and response to machine faults, and line clearance needs.
Key responsibilities include performing start-up operations from a power off/cold state, completing equipment and product paperwork, such as traceability and start-up checklists, conducting Level I required preventive maintenance tasks, participating in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation.
Other key duties include performing work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition, and inventory management systems, pulling test samples for QC in process inspection, removing completed production from the machine, and placing it in finished goods totes.
A successful Equipment Operator II candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
