What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Equipment Coordinator position at TekWissen ®?
Job Summary:
As an Equipment Operator II at TekWissen, you will be responsible for operating assigned equipment to ensure continued operation, performing start-up operations from a power off/cold state, completing equipment and product paperwork, and conducting Level I required preventive maintenance tasks.
You will also participate in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation, perform work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition, and inventory management systems.
- Additional responsibilities include pulling test samples for QC in process inspection, removing completed production from the machine, and placing it in finished goods totes, filling component hoppers/bowls as required to maintain production.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills, read, write, understand, and communicate in English, understanding of and ability to use computers, sound judgment for use in machine troubleshooting and product disposition.
A successful Equipment Operator II candidate will have good interpersonal skills to facilitate communication at various levels and areas within the organization, must accurately follow both verbal and written instructions.
