Job Summary :
- Design and implement scalable and robust architectures for enterprise applications.
- Oversee the administration of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide expertise in MQ administration to ensure seamless messaging and communication between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
