What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Line Supervisor position at TekWissen ®?

As an Equipment Operator II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, which requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include performing start-up operations from a power off/cold state, completing equipment and product paperwork, conducting Level I required preventive maintenance tasks, participating in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation.
You will also be responsible for performing work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition, and inventory management systems, pulling test samples for QC in process inspection, removing completed production from the machine, and placing it in finished goods totes.
A successful Equipment Operator II candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
