Job Description :
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Project Management skills : as primary liaison between the client and Customer Accounts, the manager will act as the primary point of contact for all communication and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling
- Support creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to facilitate coordinated scheduling
- Create, communicate, and manage detailed plans with Customer Accounts o Manage Resource allocations for account scheduling
- Co-manage assigned Resources (provide work location, schedule, instructions, etc.)
- Provide ongoing management of timelines and resource logistics (Change Management)
- Where appropriate, coordinate return of affected devices to a Company location o Provide a forecast of Customer Account scheduling targets
- Document account statuses, provide Quality record
