Job Description :
Software Development Engineers in Test are involved in all aspects of quality assurance activities for a scrum team.
Working closely with other Quality Engineers SDETs Developers and Product Managers
SDETs leverage and grow their knowledge to design effective test solutions (manual and automated) to ensure a highquality product for customers.
Responsibilities include Develop automate and maintain highly effective test cases in a CI / CD environment during each sprint of the Agile life cycle
Work closely with scrum team to understand features articulate problems and influence the quality and design of our products.
Develop and execute test strategies requiring manual or automated testing.
Analyze troubleshoot and triage product and automation issues
Document investigate and communicate defects discovered during test execution
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies representing QA to provide estimates test status and risk assessment
Design and development of test plans for specific programs and applications.
Perform repeatable testing procedures and processes.
Software testing experience in a client / server environment.
Degree in Computer Science or Technical Certifications. Business / functional knowledge helpful.
Must Haves :
- 5 years of experience working in software quality assurance with at least 3 years building automated test solutions close Frontend and backend automation using tools such as Selenium Appium and REST Assured close Object oriented programming experience in Java close Source Control (e.g. Git) close SQL
- API test automation
- Jenkins CICD
- SQL Experience
- Strong Java skills
