Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe and input handwritten data from physical entry logs into Google spreadsheets, ensuring no data is overlooked or misinterpreted.
- Maintain a well-organized and secure filing system for all physical documents to ensure data confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with Google spreadsheet functionalities and best practices to optimize data organization and management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns that may arise during the data entry process
