Summary The Digital Customer Service Administrator will support customer service and data management activities for e-commerce, digital applications, and tools. This role will be a cross-functional partner for IT, marketing, customer service, sales, and customers. Self-motivated candidates must be able to work independently, providing excellent customer service with a high attention to detail and data management. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as customer service administrator for digital applications
- Facilitate registration and onboarding of new users requesting access to digital applications
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence from internal and external users to ensure successful usage of digital applications
- Provide troubleshooting support and quality customer service with users via email
- Support data entry and administration within digital applications
- Support data entry and data management activities across platforms and tools
- Support data hygiene activities
- Support data updates within digital applications
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe products, and SAP preferred but not required
