Now hiring for a PEO B2B Account Manager in the Southeast Region. Must be driven, passionate, motivated, and ready to learn and sell. Our products enhance productivity so our clients can focus on operating and growing their business. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be a self-starter with a willingness and passion for helping businesses grow.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster strong Business relationships
- Generate lead list
- Target companies who would benefit from having TEL handle their Payroll, Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation, Staffing, and Benefits
- Attend various networking events
- Have a membership with networking groups
- Communicate and present benefits of our services to potential new clients
- Keep positive relationships with existing clients
- Follow up constantly with existing clients to ensure continued business
- Possess a “winner” sales mentality
- Prospect potential new clients and increase business
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Build and manage a sales pipeline throughout all levels and prospects
- Meet sales goals and quotas
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and how TEL Staffing and HR differs from others
- Develop a solid book of business with potential clients and referrals
PAY | Base salary plus commission. Will discuss
SCHEDULE | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
REQUIREMENTS | Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. PEO Sales experience is preferred, Business-to-business sales is REQUIRED. Travel within the surrounding areas for meetings and networking events. A book of business in the area is a plus.
