Now Hiring a  Damage Restoration Technician  for a Damage Restoration company that Services the  Baldwin County, AL  area. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Restoration Technician Servicing the Baldwin County area. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing restoration and remediation activities, including water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage cleanup, and other related tasks. You will work closely with a team to assess damage, implement restoration plans, use specialized equipment, and ensure quality workmanship. Qualifications Prior experience in restoration and remediation work Knowledge of water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage cleanup Familiarity with restoration equipment and tools Ability to assess damage and develop restoration plans Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Excellent communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, or working at heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Certifications such as IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), or IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) are preferred, but NOT REQUIRED.
