Summary of Position
Teladoc Health's Senior, Art Director is an important talent in our best-in-class in-house Creative Team. Advanced storytelling and designs skills are a must to bring our stories to life and make Teladoc an unforgettable brand. Whether you're delivering big idea campaigns or short-form content, you will be the spirit of Teladoc Health making the connection between our products / services and how they make patient's lives better.
You'll pair with a Senior Copywriter to deliver campaigns that grow our member base and increase member engagement in our platform. To accomplish these results, you'll own the creation and delivery of impactful campaigns across every channel, product, and health condition. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Art Director who will deliver on our brand vision connect with audiences-both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. In-House agency roles are different in the best way. Lead a highly cross-functional role, in which you'll partner closely with our Consumer Marketing teams, as well as Product, Design, Clinical, Data Science, Health Coaching, and Engineering personnel, on a variety of initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class campaigns and content
- Nurture and inspire teams of Art Directors
- Deliver differentiated and strategic thinking across all marketing channels
- Development and / or oversee content creation for all channels
- Understand and accomplish measurable results
- Cultivate and oversee a growing team of junior and mid-level Art Directors, Copywriters and Content Creators
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.
Qualifications Expected for Position
The base salary range for this position is$75,000 - $85,000 . In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025 . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
