telaGen helps Mothers provide the gift of donation to donor recipients and was created to expand the opportunity for more Mother’s to give the gift of healing to those in need. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to become part of our industry leading tissue recovery team. Candidates should possess a strong and proven work ethic. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must. Reliable transportation required. This position is responsible for the recovery of birth tissues and completing all the required paperwork.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Must be able to communicate confidently with physicians, nurses, and patients.
· Complete informed consent, donor screening and acceptability with potential donors.
· Using aseptic technique and following procedures to recover birth tissues.
· Ability to work in an operating room setting.
· Adhere to set telaGen protocols that meet FDA regulations.
· Complete donor chart documentation and follow good documentation practices.
· Basic computer skills.
