The Underground Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and projects of multiple crews. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with supervisors and foremen to ensure smooth project execution.

The Underground Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and projects of multiple crews. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with supervisors and foremen to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate jobs with outside services, such as subcontractors, and management
- Organize equipment, material and labor to complete project in a timely manner
- Verify accuracy of locates, materials, and billings
- Call in or email locates as needed
- Complete change orders, following procedures, including passing information on to contract administrators and billing department
- Monitor production reports
- Complete final asbuilts and tab sheet of units placed
- Complete redlining process
- Support Supervisors and Foreman to monitor and enforce all company and outside required safety policies and procedures
- Assist supervisors in the management and retention of new and existing employees
- Monitor and complete the necessary paperwork regarding employee accidents and injuries, in conjunction with the Safety Department
- Maintain and properly document DOT paperwork if required
- Review for accuracy, approve, and submit employee time-cards for processing
- Manage materials using a spreadsheet
- All other duties as assigned
