As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in providing recovery-focused care to adults 55 and older at our 148-bed Gero-Psychiatric center, La Paz.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on the night shift. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program
- Current licensure as an LPN in the state of practice
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
