What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Recovery Specialist Supervisor provides day to day supervision, coaching and discipline for an assigned team of Recovery Specialists. The Recovery Specialist Supervisor coordinates and participates in all elements of direct care on the assigned shift.

Expected starting wage range is $22.97 - $28.38. The full wage range goes up to $33.80. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- BA / BS in behavioral sciences field with two (2) year inpatient experience OR a high school diploma and one (1) year as a Lead Recovery Specialist II with three (3) years inpatient experience OR a high school diploma with at least four (4) years' experience in a behavioral health setting with two (2) of those years being inpatient experience. May substitute an AA in behavioral science or equivalent credits for one (1) year of experience.
o In Outpatient or Community Programs equivalent years of behavioral health experience in outpatient setting may be substituted for inpatient experience
Meets requirements for Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor credentialMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employmentAll opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. Ensures required documentation is completed within designated time frames including adverse event documentation, clinical documentation and rounding.Provides resident safety via monitoring including but not limited to rounds and seclusion and restraint supervision.Obtains client vital signs and weights, as assignedCollects stool, urine and other specimens as requested on assigned clientsAssists at mealtime by distributing meal trays, pouring beverages, and / or feeding members served in need of assistanceProvides client monitoring including, but not limited to, rounds, seclusion and restraint supervision and smoke breaksAssists in client outings, which may include drivingDuties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and / or changed at the discretion of management.

Pierce County E&T is a secure 16-bed inpatient facility for adults, ages 18 diagnosed with a serious mental illness. Patients are experiencing acute mental health crisis and pose an actual or imminent risk of harm to self or others. The average stay is seven to 22 days.
