About Us and Our Program:
Easterseals, a national nonprofit, has supported individuals with disabilities for over 50 years. Its Supported Employment program provides job coaching, personalized training, and tools to help participants achieve their career goals and transition into new roles.
What You’ll Do:
The Data Analyst will manage and maintain the integrations between Easterseals New Jersey’s internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. The specialist will oversee program operations, reporting, production, and ensure the security and integrity of data across multiple enterprise systems while upholding organizational standards and quality service.
Key responsibilities include:
· Prepare and present detailed analytical reports to service lines and executive management.
· Analyze data and organizational systems, researching industry best practices to address weaknesses and enhance processes.
· Aggregate and report on data using industry-leading tools and platforms.
· Maintain 100% data accuracy and compliance by adhering to specifications and conducting thorough quality checks.
· Identify and address system issues, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
· Develop and enforce policies and procedures for system operations, reporting, and database security.
Who You Are:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
· Experience: Proficient in Excel, SQL, and RDBMS, with experience in SharePoint, SaaS platforms, and networked PC applications.
· Requirements: Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while handling multiple priorities.
· Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
