The Vice President – Financial Operations is a key leader that supports the organization’s financial health by managing day-to-day financial processes and operational efficiency. They are responsible for managing Telecare’s financial systems, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and optimizing internal controls within each region and program.
The Vice President – Financial Operations must be an operations-oriented, hands-on leader who can oversee the tools, systems, metrics, and processes to help the company scale for the future and foster a culture of transparency and accountability for driving profitable growth, while ensuring that finance is seen as a value-added business partner. The Vice President – Financial Operations oversees the day-to-day financial activities of all programs and provides actionable insights at both the enterprise level and on a regional and program level. This position requires working closely with multiple business partners including the program and regional operating personnel and corporate leaders. The position will ensure a priority of the financial operations department is to effectively communicate and educate to build business acumen in our field operations. Understanding the financial drivers and risks and communicating those to partner with operations leadership on implementing solutions, is key to the success of this role. The incumbent will focus on executing tactical strategies to improve operational results through financial insights and analyses. The incumbent should have a proven track record of optimizing processes and performance.
Full Time; DAYS 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm; Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $203,934.37 to $251,978.83. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
