Summary
We are looking for customer service / sales support representatives to handle inbound calls from lifeline and pre-paid wireless customers and sales agents to assist with account inquiries and distribution efforts. Educating customers and sales staff on available products and services, and resolving device and service issues through technical troubleshooting while providing an excellent customer experience. Must be available to work until 8pm, Monday – Saturday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Customer Support
- Assist with the establishment of new wireless service
- Providing support to current active subscribers via phone, live chat and Zoom interaction
- Performs a variety of account maintenance functions and other customer communication touch points
- Educates customers on policies, procedures and self-service options
- Up sells products, services, plan promotions, top ups and other items
- Troubleshoot and resolve device and coverage issues
- Provide one call resolution through thorough account review
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Sales Support
- Operates Zoom Dispatch to support sales staff with daily interaction and other critical needs as determined by management
- Remote Sales Support via phone for agents throughout various states
- Conducts location Audits via Zoom and other audits as needed
- Provides support with company processes, training and other duties as determined by management
Skills and Specifications
- Must be available to work until 8pm, Monday – Saturday.
- Must have a strong knowledge of sales support, customer service, and account care and provisioning
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and have keen attention to detail
- Needs the ability to multitask in a fast paced team environment
- Proficiency in typing and grammar
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, problem analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills are preferred but not required
Compensation/Benefits
- $13.00/hr, ($13.50/hr – Bilingual) Full-Time
