Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries related to our telecommunications products and services.
This is a full-time, permanent job located in our Santa Rosa office. The hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries related to our telecommunications products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to In-store IT devices such as, digital key telephones, data devices, access points, registers, register components, PC’s, printers and paging.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and accurately documented for efficient billing.
- Must have experience and knowledge of the low voltage telecom/datacom cabling industry
- General knowledge about dial tone and POTS lines
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- We do NOT provide technical support for computers, laptops or networks, this skill set is not applicable for this position. We are a telecommunications company, not a computer company.
- Compensation range; 58k to 68K (based on experience)
- 104 hours PTO (13 days personal time off) per year
