Entry Level Sales Associate

We are seeking a new Entry Level Sales Associate to assist with the expansion of our growing telecommunications campaign. Our Entry Level Sales Associate will use the knowledge acquired through our hands on training to present wireless, internet, and communication packages that best meet the customer’s needs. Answering questions and concerns of the clients as their customer service representative will be needed to confirm the entire sales cycle is completed. Comfortability with customer service, a professional demeanor and interest in the sales field overall will be the main components for the ideal Entry Level Sales Associate.

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Informing clients of the various products and services offered through our clients to be able to fully maximize each account and meet their exact needs
• Managing multiple accounts and personalizing the packages and transactions to individual consumers
• Acquiring new consumers and territories by using designated market research and lead generation tools
• Providing immediate and attentive customer service on a direct hands-on level to to troubleshoot issues in real time, while also performing upgrades and adjustments
• Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive client growth and revenue

Entry Level Sales Associate Requirements:

• 1 year of professional work experience
• Aspirations to grow in the sales and customer service fields
• Excellent verbal communication skills and public speaking skills
• Time management skills to ensure punctuality
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
