Job Description
Job Summary :
Performs precision mechanical assembly for Cooler production. Performs the required processes of cleaning, documenting, and testing of Cooler parts, subassemblies, and finished goods. Utilizes production tooling, computers, and specialized equipment required for production and material / WIP tracking. Identifies and documents discrepant material. May complete rework on discrepant material or RMA material as required. Performs final verification testing and pack-out for Cooler assemblies. Interacts with Coworkers, Managers, and Engineering for Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement efforts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Precision mechanical assembly and precision adhesive application following work instructions
- Part inspection and metrology - (microscopes, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)
- Operation of Cryogenic purge and fill systems
- Use of multi-meters and precision test equipment
- Use of thermal and environmental chambers
- Helium leak detection using helium mass spectrometer
- Set up of test equipment per test specifications
- Perform measurements and tests from test procedures and document results
- Complete required documentation for travelers and computer WIP tracking
- Assist Engineering in developmental processes, as necessary
- Support Tool Design & implementation, as necessary
- Documentation and / or Rework of discrepant material
- Aqueous ultrasonic cleaning operations
- Miscellaneous support functions, as necessary

Salary Range :
37,200.00-$49,600.000
