Optics Manufacturing Specialist

This position will provide technical support for the development and continuous improvement of optics component products. The job involves creating, reviewing, and updating manufacturing processes and methods to initiate and implement process improvements and cost reductions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining production-related documentation, creating cost estimates and estimating methodologies, and leading projects to ensure performance, schedule, and cost requirements are met.
