For more information, visit our website at www.teledynemarine.com. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, document, analyze, and disseminate NCRs for further actions by company staff. This requires the ability to read drawings, schematics, system arrangements, and test protocols. Document, track, and monitor NCRs to ensure resolution in a timely manner. Maintain in-depth customer communications and facilitate technical support discussions as required. Maintain written and verbal communication with customers and company management on status of NCRs. Includes regular conference calls with key customers. Generate and coordinate the completion of Internal Corrective Actions as required. Initiate root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventative actions for nonconformance's and/or escapes. Assist and facilitate investigation efforts. Support internal Quality Audit team as a Quality Auditor. Participate on the Health Safety Environment (HSE) Committee Provide regular reports of NCR statuses and trends. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a related field and 0-2 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in an ISO manufacturing environment - regulated industries preferred. In-depth Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills preferred. Ability to read and interpret drawings and electrical schematic diagrams. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/Kaizen preferred. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective and developed interpersonal skills to interface in a professional manner with all levels of Associates, Management, and Customers. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment Ability to work independently. Working knowledge of MSOffice programs (Word, Project, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of Quality tools including 6 Sigma, DOE, SPC strongly preferred Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees). ************************ What can Teledyne offer YOU?
