Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as a Mechanical Design Engineer!

What You’ll Do
- Use CAD tools to generate 3D models of parts and assemblies
- Perform mechanical systems designs, engineering calculations and related engineering analyses to determine best solutions.
- Investigate, specify, and select raw materials, components and hardware required to meet customer requirements.
- Performs prototyping, assembly simulations, and tolerance stack calculations.
- Provides mechanical design consultation for internal and external customers.
- Experience with all phases of design, from conceptualization to fabrication.
- Familiarity with mechanical packaging for electrical devices, preferably with Focal Plane Assembly.
- Proficiency using Solidworks, finite element method analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to access restrictions.
