In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing essential support to our clients and contributing to the overall success of our telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Maintain client relationships through their day to day requests.
- Manage all product and pharmacy relationships and head all applicable inquiries here.
- Manage Client requests via calls and emails.
Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):
- Previous experience in patient care/healthcare is beneficial.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is desirable.
- Previous management experience especially project management.
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting would be beneficial.
- High Level organizational skills is highly important for this role.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients and our clinical team to ensure we are staying clinically compliant and safe 100% of the time.
- Coordinate client product and pharmacy requests.
- Assist Telegra's clinical team with projects and smaller tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheet’s, Gmail.
- Experience communicating with clients in a professional setting.
