We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Operations Coordinator to support our transportation and therapy services team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in scheduling, client relations, and office management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at balancing multiple responsibilities. You’ll act as the key liaison between our Boston and LA teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both cities.
Responsibilities
Manage daily scheduling and coordination of drivers, therapists, and client sessions
Ensure vans are clean, fueled, and ready for service each day
Confirm all drivers’ iPads are charged and functioning properly
Perform daily driver check-ins and check-outs
Maintain contact with drivers every 2 hours for updates or support
Respond to urgent needs or last-minute schedule changes
Serve as the communication bridge between the Boston and LA offices
Gather and organize incoming inquiries from universities and partner schools
Oversee and support client relations, ensuring a professional and caring experience
Qualifications

Experience in project management, operations, or scheduling
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Tech-savvy, with comfort using iPads, scheduling software, and email
Background in education, healthcare, or transportation coordination a plus
Familiarity with Jewish culture or community is appreciated but not required
