The RN Director of Clinical Operations leads Trusted Care, fostering a high-performance culture and exemplary patient care. This role ensures quality, service excellence, and regulatory compliance, embodying the organization's mission, vision, and values. Key responsibilities include :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of CSH
- Leading by example and contributing to daily clinical care for patients and families.
- Providing excellent patient care.
- Ensuring clinical operational excellence.
- Managing key clinical expenses.
- Demonstrates and delivers exceptional customer service to patients, families, and referral sources.
- Serve as one of the primary spheres of influence, as noted by the ability to coach, mentor, and lead the team.
- Achieving service quality and compliance goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Fosters relationships with the community and referral partners.
- Implementing and following all clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (state, federal, local, Medicare, SCDHEC, DEA, accreditation standards).
- Participating and collaborating with the IDG.
- Implementing process improvements identified by the QAPI process.
- Participates with recruiting and hiring as we continue to grow our high-performance team.
- A major contributor to consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences for new clinicians.
- Adheres to Caring Seasons Leadership Principles. (Teleios Collaborative Network Leadership System).
