Essential Responsibilities :
- Under the direction of a supervising Primary Care Provider, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide high-quality, efficient, team-based patient care. The NP performs assessment / data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, and cognitive status : patient / family education, family involvement, and patient advocacy.
- Consults with supervising physician as dictated by patient need and assessment findings.
