We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director to lead our global Amazon strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of the Amazon business for Speck and Tech21 brands, including product listings, merchandising, marketing, sales performance, and account management. The Director will ensure brand consistency, optimize performance, and build strong internal and external partnerships.

Alphacomm custom designs, manufactures and distributes wireless accessories to over 18,000 points of distribution, primarily in the Prepaid wireless market in North America. Alphacomm leads the wireless industry in the number of carrier brands managed and is the first to market carrier-licensed accessory portfolios for over fifty devices launched annually. In-house brands, Quikcell and BosBos, are leading brands designed and manufactured by Alphacomm for the Prepaid channel.
Responsibilities
· Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a global Amazon strategy to drive sales growth and market share, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing leadership and internal teams, ensuring channel alignment.
- Portfolio & Promotions: Management of successful product launches and promotional planning for Amazon, working with marketing and merchandising teams to drive visibility and conversions.
- Data-Driven Performance: Use analytics to optimize sales, pricing, and product listings, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Advertising: Align strategy with business KPIs and product assortment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Amazon sales.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs to optimize profit across Amazon channels.
- Brand Protection & Risk Management: Monitor brand health, address counterfeit issues, and protect reputation on Amazon across brands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across finance, supply chain, and
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest Amazon marketplace trends and technologies and identify innovative opportunities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Lead assortment planning, listings, and lifecycle management of Walmart & BestBuy Marketplace
- Sales: Cover all Ecommerce and Amazon platforms from a sales strategy, targets and results view.
- E-Commerce Expertise: 7 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller and Vendor Central management.
- Proven Growth Driver: Demonstrated success in driving Amazon sales growth and achieving financial targets.
- Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s tools, platforms, and marketplace dynamics.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities to optimize performance and solve complex challenges.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in managing P&L, forecasting, and budgeting to drive profitability.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relationship Building: Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with internal teams and Amazon leadership.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of navigating a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in e-commerce and Amazon sales, including leadership across global teams.
- Proven track record of Amazon account management and sales growth.
- Experience in the consumer products industry and a deep understanding of market trends.
