Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and kind individual to join our team as a Job Training Program Specialist for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves designing and implementing current training programs to support individuals in gaining essential skills for employment. Communicating with families about areas of growth and success!
Responsibilities:
- Develop, equip and support individuals with the necessary skills for the workforce
- At times collaborate with workforce development specialists to address specific needs of each job trainee
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other challenges in achieving employment goals
- Maintain all health code standards by ensuring trainees are set up for sucess and have all the tools they need to remain servsafe
- Uphold the mission and vision of Teleo Coffee
Requirements:
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willing to commute to the commissary kitchen and back with job trainees

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
