About the Role
As the Lead Senior Electrical Engineer, your purview will encompass the direct supervision of electrical engineers entrusted with the conception, development, manufacturing, initiation, and validation of both our current and next-generation Teleo Hardware.
Within your capacity, you will engage in daily interactions with counterparts in mechanical engineering, embedded firmware, systems engineering, and the compliance division.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a track record of successfully crafting and implementing custom hardware electrical systems of the utmost reliability and safety in demanding environments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with 8 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing complex electrical systems.
- Proficiency in the realm of robotics or autonomous systems, while not mandatory, is strongly preferred.
- Expert level in CAD tools in circuit design, PCB layout, and electrical simulation software (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad).
- A demonstrated track record in designing, producing, and deploying hardware solutions at scale.
- Substantial hands-on experience across the entirety of the product lifecycle, encompassing architecture, design, system integration (both electrical and mechanical), as well as system qualification and compliance.
