Key Responsibilities :
- Find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Answer inbound telephone calls, chat, email & reviews using skills-based verbiage defined by management.
- Provide customers with a clear picture of company products and services, leading the call while listening to the voice of the customer.
- Ensure customer requests are met and confirmed within established guidelines.
- Sense and exploit up-sell opportunities, attempting to cross-sell when necessary.
- Present a positive view of the company and its properties during interactions.
- Escalate difficult situations to Team Leaders as needed.
