- Provide technical assistance for consumers, troubleshooting varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Support client's high-speed Internet services to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Resolve technical problems related to internet connectivity and performance within a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Deliver support for internet service, connectivity, and troubleshooting related to operating systems and devices
- Open and manage trouble ticket system for user and network issues
- Be patient, courteous, and friendly with customers at all times
- Address and solve technical problems in a timely manner
- Adhere to all work schedule assignments and management directives
