How to Become a Licensed Insurance Agent
We offer a 5-day paid training program to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam.
What Can You Expect?
We will provide a trainer, learning tools, and cover the cost of your state exam. After you pass the exam, we will support you in obtaining your license in all the states/territories we operate in.

Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Representative
You will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, while providing excellent customer service through active listening.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Handling and responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working with confidential customer information
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call
- Communicating with customers
Requirements
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
