Your Responsibilities:
- Promote brand awareness by offering additional products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct through demonstrated individual performance
- Upsell or increase customer benefits to drive revenue growth
- Address customer needs proactively and efficiently
- Demonstrate maturity and a strong desire for success
- Adapt to change positively and maintain a competitive attitude
- Show motivation and passion for the brand while delivering results
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by supervisor or management
- Foster a team-oriented culture in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, including Security, HR, Operations, etc.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) necessary
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Typing speed of 25 WPM required
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent attendance history mandatory
- Pass mandatory background checks, which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests, and credit checks
