Additional responsibilities include participating in continuous training programs, complying with corporate confidentiality policies, and adhering to performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific client's operation.

Responsibilities:
- Review user-generated content on our clients platform
- Ensure content meets community guidelines and escalate any content that violates parameters
- Participate in frequent refresher training to implement correct policies
- Comply with performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific client's operation
- Review, classify, and/or eliminate highly sensitive content according to client-defined parameters
- Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely
- Participate in continuous training programs for optimal development in the role
- Adhere to all orders, instructions, procedures related to the role
- Ability to moderate traumatic, sensitive, and potentially offensive content
- Provide trends and insights to improve processes and recommend policy and product enhancements
- Remain up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates, and community standards
Requirements:
- Experience navigating internet websites, including social media, commercial websites, etc.
- Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
- Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material
- Attention to detail
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Experienced with Windows operating systems
- Strong computer skills with ability to use multiple windows and/or programs at the same time
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required to be provided)
- Predictable and reliable attendance
