YouTube Content Producer
Telepictures Productions, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery, is looking for a skilled YouTube Content Producer with strong writing abilities, experience using YouTube Studio, and a solid understanding of video editing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing
- Research and write compelling content for YouTube, website copy, and other digital platforms.
- Adapt tone and style based on audience, platform, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content.
- Collaborate with marketing, publicity and design teams to create engaging multimedia content.
- Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
Content Editing
- Edit short- and long-form video content for social media, websites, and marketing.
- Cut, trim, and enhance videos with graphics, text overlays, and animations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage video assets, project files, and collaborate with a team of editors on daily content for multiple YouTube channels.
- Use the Adobe Suite (i.e. Premiere and Photoshop) to edit quickly and optimize videos for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Create compilations, pull clips from source material, and handle uploads, metadata, and tagging within YouTube Studio.
- Track analytics, suggest performance improvements, and ensure brand identity across multiple brands under tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related role or field.
- Strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and style guides (AP, Chicago, or house style).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong knowledge using YouTube Studio (scheduling content, performance analytics, monetization).
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Encoder (and working across these programs cohesively).
- Have a proven track record of on-time and high-quality project delivery.
- Multi-task well and handle editing while also working on other projects and requests.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and work quickly and efficiently.
- Enjoy being part of a team, have a collaborative nature and a sense of humor.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualize how to take the creative further with a video edit.
- Ability to manage workload, effectively communicate internally, meet deadlines, etc.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
