Summary

As a Debt Collector at TELERECOVERY, you will play a vital role in our operations by managing accounts receivables and facilitating the collection of overdue accounts. This position is essential to our goal of providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the recovery of funds owed.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers to collect overdue payments while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate records of payments and outstanding balances.
• Analyze accounts to identify trends and develop effective collection strategies.
• Utilize accounting software to track collections and manage client accounts efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance collection processes and improve overall performance.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in debt collection or accounts receivable management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers.
• Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and financial concepts.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of accounting software is beneficial for managing client accounts efficiently.
• Ability to analyze accounts and develop strategies for effective collections.
