Job Title : Customer Service Rep
Location : Sparta, NJ
Description :
This position is responsible for handling incoming calls from customers for the purpose of taking orders.
- Answers customers’ questions about product information, pricing, or availability.
- Quotes prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
- Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Makes sales and sends product samples.
- Organizes literature and samples and prepares for mailing.
- Handles all website leads / inquiries.
- Processes RMA’S.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements :
- At least 1 year experience of customer service and warehouse.
- Knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of material, product, and inventory principles.
- Communication Skills- Active Listening and Verbal Communication.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge on how to use office supplies such as calculators, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, and printers.
Education :
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Hours : 8am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday.
Pay Rate : $20-$24 DOE.
