What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Coordinator position at Telesearch Staffing Solutions?
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must be excellent in Excel, place and track PO"s
- Manage inventory level for lamp & tubes, communicate with Product Manager and Sales Team regarding sales trend and project demand
- Prepare PO suggestion based on sales trend and forecast
- Update and manage backorder report, communicate with team regarding action items
- SM100 data maintenance – Vendor name, MOQ, FOB/Standard cost, container quantity information
- Maintain item master sheet
- Update Utility inventory
- Regular meetings with PM and Sales team
- Weekly meeting with China team
- New vendor account creation
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree
- 1-3 years in related field or relevant work experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel software
- Experience with China or other Asian manufacturers desired
Direct hire 50k to start
Job Type: Full-time
