What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk/Machine Operator position at TeleSearch Staffing Solutions?
Shipping Clerk / Machine Operator. 2 on 2nd shift, 1 on 3rd shift. Temp will start out as a shipping clerk with hopes they will transition to machine operator when they are hired like ours seasonal temps. Temps must have strong production back ground, printing experience is a plus.
Crim and Drug test required.
Pay rate :
- 2nd shift $18,
- 3rd shift $19 / hr
Description :
Responsible for running various equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and shipping a quality product to the customer. Tasks will include running sheet fed, digital presses, bindery equipment, other processing equipment, and shipping / packing. Associates are responsible for following standard operating procedures and processes to ensure quality of the orders produced, while working in a team environment to achieve daily goals. Runs mostly standard work and basic manual numbering may be required. Automated or basic setups and changeovers may be required. The machine operator role involves multiple stages in the manufacturing, packing, and shipping of checks, requiring a combination of computer and mechanical skills.
Salary : $18 - $19
