Job Summary :
The Proposal Specialist is responsible for developing smart and persuasive B2B proposals, collateral, Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions, security assessments, company documentation, drafting, and sales enablement materials for our sales team to deliver to existing and prospective customers. This fast-paced role involves writing and applying new or standardized content independently and collaborating with discipline leaders in the organization. The individual fulfilling this role will be a talented writer, team contributor, problem solver and high performing task master with the ability to thrive while handling multiple projects under established deadlines.
The ideal candidate for this position is located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Responsibilities :
- Understand business goals of the customer and / or buyer
- Effectively champion strategic imperatives to help guide marketing, sales enablement and proposal activity
- Lead RFx bid team projects as a project manager from receipt to submission, including answering RFx questionnaires and other submission requirements (e.g., security assessments, sales supporting collateral, vendor documentation, etc.)
- Work with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to develop new content to support the sales process and when responding to specific RFx and / or security assessment activities
- Coordinate with discipline leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver smart, savvy customer-facing materials, proposals and pitches with flawless execution
- Capture and re-purpose applicable content in the sales cycle for future sales engagements
- Maintain a customer service mentality when fulfilling deliverables and enabling sales with assets and training
- Implement sales enablement techniques to drive engagement around sales assets, playbooks, resources and sales materials

The salary for this role is $50,000 annually.
