TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Data Analyst in support of the Peace Corps. We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing operations to ensure optimal market penetration and adapting strategies to align with Government requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in collecting, validating, and presenting data for critical reports, offering insights into operational effectiveness, target market outreach, and lead generation performance. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical background. This is a fully remote position and can sit anywhere in the US.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Operational Analysis: Continuously analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for increasing target market engagement while remaining adaptable to Government surge periods and special emphasis initiatives.
- Data Collection & Validation: Gather, validate, and structure data related to operational performance, lead generation, and contact statistics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the data provided to the Government.
- Reporting & Data Presentation: Prepare detailed reports that provide insights into key performance metrics, including but not limited to: Total number of contact attempts, lead contact statistics (e.g., type of contact, attempt number)Time trend analysis of lead follow-up Contact feedback Contact volume and length analysis and Workload forecasting and requirements based on lead volume
- Lead Source Tracking: For each assigned lead source, create comprehensive reports outlining the available number of leads and the date assigned. Maintain updated records of lead status and performance metrics for all sources.
- Surge Support: Remain responsive and flexible to adjust data analysis and reporting efforts to accommodate surge periods or other specific Government-directed priorities.
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen
- Proven experience in data collection, validation, and analysis
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
- Experience with creating reports and visualizing data trends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on Government contracts
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation data
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and government requirements

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
