TeleSolv Consulting has an opportunity to work with the Federal Government as an ID Card Site Security Manager for the US Army. This role is on-site at Ft Gregg-Adams, Virginia 23801 (Please only apply if you live locally and are willing to commute on-site). No hybrid or remote work possible for this opportunity.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Personnel in this labor category possess two (2) years of progressive experience with participating in functional projects for organizations requiring
support with initiatives such as organizational assessments, business process reengineering, and strategic management.
Our Management Analysts interface with clients and office staff on a day-to-day basis, support the completion of project specific tasks within estimated time
frames and budget constraints, and assists with presentations and client meetings.
Management Analysts have minimal functional training and / or expertise.
Security Clearance required as specified by client.
Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience required.
Each site must have two (2) Site Security Managers and cannot operate without at least one physically available at all times

Background Investigation :
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
