What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Management Specialist position at TeleSolv Consulting?
TeleSolv Consulting has an opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) enabling you to have a Secret Security Clearance. This role is hybrid (Please only apply if you live locally and are willing to commute on-site).
Duties / Responsibilities:
The LMS should be able to perform, be familiar with, or have experience with the following:
- Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
- Shall have proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Shall be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 product line to include SharePoint and Teams.
- Be able to conduct quality control efforts to ensure effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Must have the ability to coordinate and communicate with customers and Government senior leadership.
- Have working knowledge of organizational administrative supply and inventory operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S Citizen
- Associate's Degree
- Possesses experience in assisting with the cradle to grave preparations and execution any military mission readiness matters.
- Must have advanced training, and demonstrated knowledge on DoD policy, forms, regulation interpretations, experience in directives, correspondence and record management.
- Must have a minimum of Seven (7) years administrative/human resource experience.
- Must currently possess Secret Security Clearance
- MS Office products including SharePoint and Teams
- Some form of logistics, inventory, and/or supply chain experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience with the US Navy.
