TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as an Intermediate Business Consultant enabling you to have an Active Public Trust status.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Provides support and assistance in government business practices, acquisition processing, business re-engineering, business process development, business metrics development, facility and workforce planning, project management / change management, communications and marketing planning, and management-related issues as designated in specific tasks order(s).
- Coordinate work for task execution.
- Review work products for grammar, organization, structure, visual appeal, completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
- Support project execution and software requirements documentation, software development, software testing, user training and transition to operations
- Support Project Acquisition tasking as prioritized by the client.
- Promulgate adherence to Project Management Policies, Processes, Procedures, and documentation.
- Mentor other personnel and backfills for other personnel, as indicated.
- Support Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) efforts as prioritized by the client including training materials, user guides, Wiki pages, and Project Management Policies, Processes, Procedures, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- U.S. Citizen.
- Active Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Master’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience in business development, re-engineering, project management after degree.
- Five (5) years of proficiency in the following MS applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- 2 years of proficiency in the following MS applications: Teams and Visio.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
Preferred Requirements
- ITIL 4.0 Certification.
- Three (3) years of SharePoint expertise.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives.
- Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI expertise.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
